Our English Drama Team became first runner-up in the English Talent Show 2015, which was organised by Hong Kong Catholic Diocesan Schools Council Secondary Section English Language Education Committee on 23rd May, 2015.
Six students from our school waited with excitement along with other students from different Diocesan schools in the school hall of Cheung Sha Wan Catholic Secondary School to take part in the one of the most anticipated activities of the school year. The aim of this show is to provide our students with more exposure to English and help them gain confidence in using it. This year there were 4 categories of performances: Drama/Musical, Singing, Verse Speaking and Miscellaneous such as dialogue, stand-up comedy etc. After five months of hard work and commitment, fortune smiled on our Drama team. The contestants from our school demonstrated excellent acting skills on the stage. The adjudicators made a special mention of it in their comments.
